Positive: The apartment was superb, the children had a separate room and single bed each. Full working kitchen and excellent toilet and kitchen supplies (loo roll, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll all provided). Full length balcony with patio furniture. Spacious and comfortable. The whole family loved the apartment and was in a great location. Pretty streets outside with bars and restaurants to suit everyone. Plenty of shops nearby where you could buy all you needed for meals. The pool was busy in the day but we preferred it in the evening when it was cooler and quieter. It's not a huge pool but enough to relax and have fun in. The view was great up there, overlooking St Stephens Basilica and a great spot to watch the sun go down.

Negative: There weren't any instructions for the TV or the cooker. Managed to work the cooker but never did get the TV to work. The internet also stopped working the day before we left, and although the owner connected us to the provider to sort it, they weren't able to fix it. A row of bricks was missing from underneath the railings near the pool on the 7th floor. Seriously, a child could slip and slide underneath the gap. It needs urgent attention. Some workmen came to take a look but it hadn't been sorted by the time we left several days later.

Summary: Excellent apartments in a nice area. Perfect for a family stay.
