Summary: We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant and easily accessible once you check in. The process took only a few minutes and was very easy. The building felt very secure, clean, and safe. Apartment- The apartment itself had two bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, a kitchen, and a nice large bathroom. The space was very clean and modern, and gave us ample room to spread out as a family. The air conditioning wasn't strong, but the windows were able to be opened and let in a welcomed cool breeze. Location- You CANNOT BEAT the location of this apartment. I honestly had no idea when we booked it how great it is. Located in the main square of the city, you simply have to look up for the apartment building entrance to see the Golden Roof. Almost everything the city has to offer is within steps of the building entrance and easily walk-able.
