You will stay in a comfortable villa of 80m2, spacious and sunny. Enjoy its enclosed garden of 700m2 with trees and flowers in the heart of the typical Catalan village of Llauro nicknamed «the balcony of Aspres» because it offers a magnificent view of the plain of Roussillon and the Mediterranean Sea. What a pleasure to grill meat and fish on the embers (branches, stumps and charcoal available)! You will have the choice between barbecue or plancha. 50m from the cottage, you will appreciate "Bistrot" where you can order a different meal every day on site or to take away, buy fruits and vegetables from our region, deposit: bread, croissants. You can stroll to the markets of Céret and Thuir, hiking in the countryside, cycling, relax at the leisure center of Saint Jean Pla de Corts (lake, swimming, animation), you will visit the Byrrh cellars in Thuir and, for art lovers, the Museum of Modern Art in Céret and many other places. Summary: The only thing: VRBO needs to better align with Gites de France information on the conditions of the rent. Like towels, bedsheets, kwh usage are options that need to be agreed with the owners upfront. Maryse and Jo, the owners, are very friendly and helpful. Very much recommended place to stay!
