The the pool is open from late june to early september depending on the weather. please note that there are two buildings, the entrance can be found at the scarlett residence. reception opening hours: monday, tuesday, thursday, friday: 10:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 sunday: 10:00-12:00. the reception is closed on wednesday all day and on sunday afternoon. please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. please note that energy fees are not charged in july and august. please note that tv is available at an extra cost of eur 29 the 1st week and eur 15 per additionnal week. this is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process. you can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - eur 9 per person for bed linen - eur 9 per person for towels. for stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. the costs related to energy are not included in the indicated rates, the flat rate charged will be according to the periodenergy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure.

Positive: The apartment was clean and bright. Lovely staff and very welcoming and helpful. The location was a 5 min walk to the beach and 15 to the main centre. Parking was free and outside the apartment. Palavas has a very strict and enforced parking situation. It was a great peace of mind to leave the car. The bed was comfy, and the air-conditioning was nice and cool.

Negative: Had a small issue with the chair when the leg of it gave way, but the on-site manager fixed it straight away. We would highly recommend this site for a stay at Palavas les Flots 😀
