Positive: The location is gorgeous. Beach at your doorstep, restaurants walking distance, large supermarket close by (by car). Rooms well-appointed, plenty of hot water.

Negative: Note the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are a lot of stairs to get to both the front door and to the apartment itself - this is not ideal for less mobile visitors. The kitchen is not well equipped - no oven dishes, only a single metal bowl, no serving dishes, cutting knives absolutely useless. Plenty of cleaning products provided, but no dishcloths for drying dishes (and the dishrack is tiny) or oven gloves. Electricity tripped a number of times when using the fan heater. We could not always get a parking space, so had to park down at the public car park.

Summary: Beautiful location, property quite tired.
