Positive: Spacious, elegant, and very well located. We had some difficulty initially contacting the owner to gain entry through a locked gate. I want to commend Booking.com for their customer service. Within minutes of contacting them, it was resolved. We had just arrived from a long trans-Atlantic flight and what could have been a very frustrating experience wasn’t. The owner was gracious and generous in his apologies.

Negative: Difficult to contact owner to gain entry.

Summary: Very pleasant, owner was exceptionally cordial and accomodating. Beautiful, historical building.
