Positive: The gite was clean, comfortable and in a good location with friendly owners.

Negative: At the start of our holiday we were told that at the end of our stay we could clean the gite or pay €50 cleaning charges. This was despite the fact that we understood the booking fee included "all taxes and charges " We had to leave early in the morning so didn't have time to give the gite a thorough clean, although it was still in a good order and had been kept clean during our stay. So we had to pay the €50 cleaning fee.

Summary: A lovely gite but beware of potential extra charges.
