Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Excellent location, near to restaurants, bars and the excellent Carmes indoor market. The apartment is charming and well-equipped with good wifi and comfortable beds. Despite the hot weather, we slept comfortably with the fans provided keeping us cool.

Negative: There are 3 locked doors between the street and the apartment. The locked metal gate in the main hallway would be particularly tricky with small children in tow or if you had mobility problems. The shower drain was blocked at the start of our stay, flooding the bathroom every time one of us showered. We logged it with Cocoonr (who manage the property) on our first morning. It was still flooding on our last day (3 night break over a weekend). Our flight arrived after the 3-10pm check-in period. We were charged an additional €30 for someone to meet us at the property after 10pm. She was very helpful and flexible, but we thought the additional fee should be publicised in the accommodation information so you are aware before you book.
