Located in Ledge Point this newly refurbished holiday villa offers guests a true 'home away from home' experience. Within walking distance to the beach and playground this property is ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Ledge Point is the perfect location to explore Western Australia's mid west region or to just relax and unwind.

The Villa sleeps up to eight people. If you require property for a bigger group 18A is available (Subject to availability) Please contact our office on (08) 9575-2566There are three bedrooms, 2 x queen sized bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. Full kitchen facilities are provided as well as a large dining area and spacious lounge. A secluded outdoor area with BBQ is a lovely space to enjoy evening nibbles and drinks or watch the sunset from the front porch.

Protected carport and ample parking

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
