Positive: A very cool hotel! This converted old factory practically sits on top of lovely waterfalls. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The cozy lobby has a working fireplace, and, at the time of our visit, was decorated for Christmas. The board games were a nice touch to while away chilly winter evenings. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and we were happy to take advantage of the breakfast credit at the Cocoon.

Negative: The decor in our room could use some upgrades (eg carpeting).
