The apartment's location means it's just a 30-minute walk to the historic center, or you can take the streetcar bus in front of the Hippopotamus and stroll along the terraces of the hypercenter's many bars and restaurants. The Gare district is right on the edge of the hypercentre, making it easy to get in and out of Nîmes via the ring road. In this way, all the cultural and tourist wealth of the area is accessible in less than an hour (Arles, Avignon, Uzès, Le Pont du Gard, Saint Rémy and les Baux de Provence, La Camargue, le Grau du roi, la Grande Motte, Montpellier....).
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence. Free street parking is also available.

- Nearest train station: Nîmes train station 3.1 km away (6 minutes by car). Nîmes Pont du Gard in Manduel (15 mn, 15 km) T33 shuttle bus at certain TGV arrival and departure times.
- Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes airport 11 km (17 minutes by car).

Please note: there's a bit of movement at lunchtime and the ringing of the bell that punctuates the day, but the sound is modern and discreet, so it's not disturbing.
