“Living On The Ledge” is the perfect family beach house. Ideally situated on the main strip of Ledge Point with less than a 50m walk to the Ledge Point General Store and only a 100m walk to Ledge’s pristine, white sandy beaches, this property is in prime position. Featuring 4 large Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, upstairs kitchen/living, magnificent ocean views from the front balcony and a fully fenced back yard for your four-legged friends this property is perfect for your next holiday. Sit back on the balcony and take in one of our beautiful west coast sunsets while enjoying your favourite beverage.
The downstairs bedrooms consist of a Queen size bed in one room and 2 single beds in another. You can head through a door and into the garage which opens into the fully secure backyard where you can crank up the BBQ and enjoy a few drinks with family and friends.
Heading up stairs, the landing takes you into the kitchen/living area which both receive amazing ocean views. The bedrooms consist of a queen bed in each. The rear bedroom has its own east facing balcony for those who like a bit more privacy and the west bedroom has sliding doors opening onto the living room balcony.
*Please note that the back fence and gate are only 900mm high. Dogs that jump may be able to get out.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Stayed at living on the edge .. wow it was really a beautiful get away the view was just beautiful waking up to looking out over the ocean every morning it has a fully equipped kitchen that we made great use of for our traditional Christmas lunch The beds were super comfortable the house was spotless and clean and the Property Manager Leah was very communicative and allowed us early access to the property we had an amazing holiday .great memories were made in this beautiful Home
