This condo is part of the Island Inn on Martha's Vineyard community near the picturesque shores of Oak Bluffs. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for vacationers who hope to spend their leisure time building sandcastles, whale-watching, and flying kites. Downtown Oak Bluffs is less than two miles away, so you're not too far from shopping and dining in a quintessential New England town.
You'll enjoy access to a compact kitchen, which has all of the standard appliances, including an electric range, a full-size fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker, plus silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. There's a full bathroom off the kitchen. There is one bedroom, plus a separate sleeping area with two twin beds. Rest and relax in the living room, which has a table and chairs, a sofa bed, and a cable TV.
Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
