Positive: The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Additionally, the selection of entertainment options on the TV (apps, etc.) was excellent.

Negative: Last-Minute Apartment Swap Our stay started with high expectations but was unfortunately affected by a last-minute change to a different apartment. We were informed about the apartment swap only 30 minutes before our arrival, leaving us little time to adjust. The replacement apartment fell short in several areas compared to the one we originally booked. Additionally, the replacement apartment had its own issues: • Cleanliness was subpar, particularly the bed linens and inside the wardrobes. • The lack of heating in the bedroom was uncomfortable, especially given the cold weather, as relying on the living room heating was not sufficient. While we understand that the swap was necessary due to a water issue, the extremely short notice and lack of acknowledgment for the inconvenience left us disappointed. A small gesture of apology would have gone a long way in making us feel valued as guests. Unfortunately, these issues made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. PS: Unfortunately, the host did not respond to the same feedback we shared privately after our stay. We found this very disappointing, as we wanted to give them the opportunity to address our concerns directly.
