Located overlooking picturesque Chase Garden Creek, this spacious home provides modern comfort both inside and out. Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the elevated deck or ground level patio. You'll no doubt want to relax or exercise in the exceptional swim spa. Turn on the jets and get your strokes in or simply relax in the more conventional hot tub section. There's also a fire pit on the patio for the late day or night outdoor gatherings. There's an enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill here as well.
Inside you'll find a newly renovated kitchen along with a well adorned main living room featuring a grand piano. There's also a three-season room if the wind picks up outside. You'll also find a den off the kitchen with a large TV and comfy lounge seating.
There are three bedrooms on the main level. The master suite features a queen bed and luxurious master bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on the other side of the house, one with a queen bed and one with a twin with a trundle plus a set of bunk beds with a trundle. Sleeping for up to four or five in this room. There is a full bath shared by these two bedrooms.
The lower level offers plenty of recreation options: there's a home gym featuring a bike, treadmill, elliptical, etc. The rec room has another TV lounge along with a vintage bumper pool table. The final room on the lower level has a kitchenette and a queen bed. This room walks out to the patio on the water side.
This home has central air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and cable/smart TV.
Plan to stop by Taylor Bray Farm as you enter the neighborhood. It's a vintage New England seaside farm complete with farm animals and a boardwalk over the marsh.
