THE HOUSE
This old farmhouse with its tobacco barn offers a comfortable and generous space, which creates calm and relaxation in a country atmosphere. It is located in a beautiful rural area of France steeped in history. The property is charming, spacious and very private. A panoramic view overlooks valleys and distant Cantal mountains. It is the highest house in Tarn et Garonne, the views are magnificent in all directions. The house is well equipped, with comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. The rooms all have a private bathroom. The ground floor creates a vast social space, ideal for large groups, and includes a spacious veranda, pool, hot tub and several terraces.

The house has 4 + 1 bedrooms plus a fifth bedroom in a separate annex, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is satellite TV in English, DVD player and wifi. A large kitchen high ceiling and fully equipped. A bright and spacious veranda, glazed on three sides offers an ideal space for painters or to do yoga. It opens onto a large outdoor terrace, creating a large indoor / outdoor area.
