This is a spectacular luxury modern villa with beautiful private mature gardens with a cascading waterfall into the heated swimming pool. There is an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area with plenty of seating and sunbeds. Covered patio area with new sofas for relaxing afternoons. Newly added is a table tennis area.
The large entrance hall features a double staircase of marble and stainless steel. There is a separate dinning room with double doors adjoining the lounge; the lounge has ample seating with large 3D plasma TV full sky package WIFI and playstation console with various games.The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. Upstairs there are four bedrooms all with en suite and two more downstairs sharing a shower room. All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning plus underfloor heating throughout.
The villa is situated less than 5 minutes from the Arenal beach, bars and restaurants.
The villa is south facing with superb views of the orange groves and the Montgo Mountain which boasts stunning sunsets of an evening.
