Please be noted that I am listing the house to accommodate sleep, not yard entertainment. House sits on a 1-acre woodland yet in the densely populated suburb. Parking: Wide -U shape parking space is off street, House is surrounded by wood on three sides, the front faces a modest busy road. Four Video cameras around the house exteriors.

Beds: beds and mattresses are wrapped with water-proof protectors. I launder all linens including pillows after each work group stay. I also provide free cleaning every two weeks to make sure there's no drainage issues, no ever-running of toilet tank, no dishwasher bottom water clogging etc. to avoid large damages at the end your mid-term stay. Pets are absolutely not allowed, we take this every seriously and put in charges for this. The master bedroom bath has a jaccuzi tub as well as a shower stall.
HVAC: The smart thermostat is locked and remotely controlled by the property manager and is set based on the guest's work schedule. Sometime it can be remotely controlled by the electricity company due to energy distribution rebalance.
Furnishing style: Basic necessities, not stuffed with excessive furniture to collect dust. Minimalism.
Neighbors: Please do not disturb them with loud party style noises, especially after 10pm.
