Summary: PROS:Location of this home was great (3 minute walk to the beach) and it was clean. The pool was also nice. Beds were comfortable. CONS:Amenities not working/not provided:- Jacuzzi would not turn on and was dirty/had no cover- Property manager did not respond to fixing this issue during our stay and we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay. - Apparently even if it did turn on, the property manager informed me that the "Jacuzzi" would not have been hot as it was meant to be "cold with bubbles"???? - Hot Water/Showers: Only the bottom level shower had hot water. The upper two level showers did not have hot water. -We were provided exactly 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for our week long stay (the home is meant to sleep 16), no hand or body soap was provided in the bathrooms, each person was only given 1 bath towel (no washcloths were provided), and no paper towels/hand towels were provided in the kitchen.-Provisioning the house with these basic amenities was not anticipated and added extra expense/trips to the store for us. - Parking: No parking was allowed in the driveway. Street parking was very busy during the day due to the public beach access in front of the home. Be prepared to search for a parking spot and walk a good distance.
