Summary: Conditions of room were poor. Damage on wall, dirty shower, toilet, sink counter was broken and seemed fragile. Floor was dirty. Tv, fridge, microwave was unplugged on arrival. Remote was missing did not have any verbal to show was normal to ask staff for remote. So we spent 45 minutes looking. Some towels were dirty. Shower head was partially broken spraying water over toilet area.
