Positive: Frank was brilliant,got our keys as soon as we arrived. I loved our location,like really loved it,right beside the pub,I sat at the river with my coffee and loved it. I loved the level of cleanliness,well done on whomever leaves it as well as we found it. The beds unreal. Showers great (bring your own toiletries) Parking was handy We travelled foe the Joe Mooney and its only a wee drive over to Drumshanbo. My teenage son loved he could watch Netflix.

Negative: To be honest I feel bad commenting any negatives but ultimately I hadn't a great night's sleep on the 2 nights I was there,The 2 main double rooms,whilst spotless and the bed were super comfortable there appears to be a boiler on the other side of the bedroom walls(especially the front bedroom).I'm not an overtly light sleeper but I genuinely was kept awake by the loud noises from the boiler,it was relentless ...I ended up sleeping on the couch to get away from it.. in the quiet of night in Leitrim Village a loud boiler is a nuisance. Also when we first arrived we loved the place it wasn't until the next morning when I went to throw on a fry that I realised there is NO COOKING facilities..I had brought groceries with us for cooking and whilst there was a microwave,the lack of even an electric 2 hob was annoying.Maybe it's not something anyone has brought up but it would be remiss of me not to mention it.Its such an easy fix,and for a family it's part of the holiday. Please sort this for future families Please consider a soundproof panel on the adjacent walls of boiler,especially front bedroom . Also this has been the 1st place we stayed in that didn't have tea/coffee...not even sugar ,because that's a personal choice but tea and coffee satchets aren't overly expensive..and for the price I paid it would have been nice.
