The balcony overlooks the restaurant patios, pool, hot tub, and fire-pit, as well as the beach, and last but not least, the lake and its breathtaking mountains. Mariners Landing has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 6 tennis and pickle ball courts, paved walking trails and much more!!
