Enjoy the luxuries of this house, much larger than it appears at first, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 block to BF Middle school, 2 min drive to Central Park Plaza (Downtown Valpo) or 10-15 min walking to bars and restaurants.

THE HOUSE:
Upstairs: Master bedroom, bathroom all tile / glass door shower. Two downstairs bedrooms with over sized windows, plenty of light, full bathroom. All finished laundry area. New front over sized porch.
PARKING
Comfortable parking in front of the house, nobody to take your spot. There is no covered garage.
KITCHEN:
Free coffee available!!
Cups and plates available. Please clean them and place them in dishwasher before leaving.
Disposable plates available as well if you prefer not to wash dishes.
Kitchen is set up for minimal cooking ONLY.
Pantry is available, you may choose to leave stuff to be used by next guests and families. Please do not leave expired items or food that you would not eat yourself.
NOTE ON BEDS:
There is one folding crib in Master bedroom.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have BUNK BEDS, with a lower full size bed (1 or 2 small adults) and a single size upper bed (best for a child).
Single beds described in "common area" are cots with Comfortable luxury memory foam matresses. No other way to describe them. They are folded and available in bedrooms 2 and 3.
One small adult may sleep on the couch, if needed.
KEEP IN MIND: In my view, house is more comfortable for up to 9 people (and a baby). It can sleep up to 12 people, but you will not be as comfortable.
Extra sheets, linens and towels are available in linen closet, downstairs bathroom.
Other things to note:
No pets, no smokers, no parties please.
GUEST ACCESS:
We offer self-check in for your convenience. FYI there is a doorbell with camera for your safety and convenience. Feel free to wave and make yourself noticed. : )
The house is for you to use during your stay, including the porch. The back yard is a little rough, so please keep that in mind if you go that way.
We are two close families taking care of this Airbnb, and we will be available when you need us, but if you don't, we will certainly give you space and privacy.
