This 4 bedroom home is conveniently all on one floor with a contemporary open layout. Upon entry, you are greeted by a large family room with memory foam sleeper sectional and 55" Samsung 4K TV, a rustic farmhouse dining area that sits 10 and a chef's kitchen featuring oversized island with luxury barstools. We also offer a shuffleboard table and Marshall bluetooth stereo for recreation. Newly built is our custom outdoor spa shower, perfect returning from the beach or a refreshing cleanse in our shoulder seasons.

REMOTE WORK AND FAMILY FRIENDLY. Home features high-speed WIFI, tons of natural light and plenty of work space. Now including a custom floating desk with large monitor in queen bedroom. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for video-calls and productivity. Separate rooms for the entire family with 7 beds including bunk room that is perfect for kids.

The pride of the indoors is truly our greenhouse-style sunroom, a peaceful place to wind down or start your day with fresh orange juice from our industrial juicer!

Summary: We needed a place to stay while in transition & this was perfect! The yard was amazing and we loved the fire pit. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is so charming - would definitely go back!
