Nestled in its own private compound, close to shops, Moonee foreshores (perfect for kids to swim and family picnics) and of course the beach. It’s the perfect place for a chilled holiday for all ages. Its a 15 minute drive to Coffs harbour, a major mid north coast regional hub and gateway to the solitary islands, and a 5 minute drive to Emerald Beach, with its restaurants and kid friendly beach
The house has 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living leading onto a covered deck and BBQ area.
Your fur babies are welcome however there is no fencing. If you bring your fur babies you need to be responsible for their behaviour and any mess they make, please ensure the neighbours are not disturbed. Please make sure you put their woopies in the bin.
