This is a cosy four bedroom brick home, featuring an open living area with kitchen including electric cooking and microwave, dining table and chairs. The living area has a Tv, Dvd, video and split system for heating / cooling. The large windows keep the sun streaming in and open up to the front balcony.
The 4 bedrooms are set up to cater to the large family with king bed in the main bedroom. 2 bedrooms have 2 x single beds and 1 bedroom has a single bed and cot.
The main bathroom has a separate shower and bath and toilet is in the laundry.
There is a front deck and fenced rear back garden with bbq and outdoor setting and room to play. The property is within walking distance to Cowes shops and beautiful Silverleaves / Cowes beach.

Summary: We've been staying at this particular property for a few years now. We play in the local bowling clubs' annual tournament and the location is just a short walk to the club, as well as the centre of town, which is perfect for us. The house is old but comfortable with all the necessary amenities and it suits our needs perfectly.
