Walk out to back deck with above ground heated pool (Ron's hard work paid off), 2-3+ grills, gas and charcoal, kegorator, it's definitely a man's world!! The Lower Level was recently updated with three , (3), custom designed and built full size bedrooms. We have re-vamped the extra large bathroom, consisting of: the"Throne", walk-in shower, modified (2-2016) closet/dressing area, pedestal sink, and paint décor/design. The downstairs family room has a 46" Samsung Smart TV, 2 built-in ceiling speakers, hand crafted walnut XL Twin /couch/futon, (sleeps 2 comfortably), side reclining chaise, (sleeps 1?2), built-in wall refrigerator. Access to washer/dryer is located next to the "Throne". Open the front door and relax on our peaceful recently added new front deck, (6-2016), that looks west to the University. Watch the sunset!! It's awesome. Take it all in, the sights, the sounds, the Hesburgh library, the excitement, and of course, the energy of Notre Dame. An experience you will never forget!!!
