Additionally, you'll be seven-and-a-half miles to Pier Park and close to the PCB nightlife. There is a Publix market right across the street whenever you need to replenish those important vacation staples.

This is part of increased safety measures and to assure all guests are registered in the community. All amenities including pools and beach walkovers will soon have passcode gates, starting April 1st 2025. All renters will register and receive a scan code/QR code and a passcode to enter these areas. You will be sent a link after your rental is confirmed to register with Sim Liv to receive access code/QR scan and pay the $35.00 fee. You will only need one pass for your party.

Dogs are allowed at Camp Helen State park which is next door to the condo, with nice walking trails, however, they can not enter the beach.
