The property is located in a modern residential area near the picturesque village of Polop. Well-known seaside resorts such as Altea, Calpe and Benidorm can all be reached within 15 to 30 minutes.
From the terrace of the house you have mountain, and sea view and you can enjoy the view of, Polop, Altea Hills, the rock of Calpe, and Albir.
The modern house has a large plot with parking space. Beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, of which a few beautiful palm trees ensure that you are quickly in Spanish spheres. The swimming pool with outdoor shower is 10 x 3 large. A spacious lounge set and a couple of sunbeds are placed around the pool. There is also a large parasol available to provide you with the necessary shade. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ guarantees many cozy evenings.
