Private dock and pier for fishing, kayaking, boating, crabbing, and swimming is where you are sure to spend many memorable moments together. Morning Song also offers screened porch, two-level open deck area, widow's walk, 2 wood burning fireplaces, fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher, central heat & air, washer/dryer, ramp access, outside shower, internet, and Cable TV. The open floor plan features bedroom suites on all sides making Morning Song the perfect place to spend your summer vacation. There are two master bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own bathroom, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, library with a fold out double double bed and a foldout single bed. The library and children's room share a bathroom. We invite you and your family to take some time out of your hectic schedules to relax, enjoy, and listen to the Morning Songs of the marshes and islands. Owners will allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet rent for the first dog is $150.00 and the additional pet is $50.00. There will be a pet security deposit in the amount of $100 charged.
