Positive: The location was amazing! Staff were quick to respond to issues. The terrace was big, and no stairs needed for suitcases. If it wasn't for an issue with the building hot water, I'm sure there would have been more. And Nice, what an incredible place! I'd move there tomorrow! Just loved the French Riviera! Accommodation was close to everything, we could get groceries and cook ourselves, it is a nice set up.

Negative: The pictures were very generous and looked better than real life, we had to check the ad it was the same room. Maybe could be clearer that the couch was the bed, as the pictures showed the bed ready, and took a little bit to work out how to get bed out. Instructions would have been helpful for everything, didn't know what to do with rubbish, and how to work some things (oven, stove top, washing machine etc) . The biggest issue for me was arriving on a Saturday, and no hot water for 3 to 4 days until fixed by building late Monday, but didn't get told until Tuesday (we tested Monday night, but seemed cold still). I get these issues happen, and won't happen for everyone, but after nearly 20 hour delay on plane for a 46 hour extended flight due to cancellations from Australia to France, and then over night bus from Paris to Nice, we just wanted a nice hot shower. We also had dirty towels, dirty tea towel (didn't have one, they dropped one off, but was dirty and had to wash it) , there were cigarette butts on terrace, and ash on outside table. So a few things we thought should have been better considering previous reviews, our expectations might have been higher than what we experienced. But the location was excellent!
