On site paved parking for six cars. This new three story home has new bedding, furniture and kitchen utensils . The spacious kitchen has an eat at island that seats 10. The fully equipped granite kitchen is ready to cook and entertain. The kitchen/living room over looks the lake on the main level. The foundation level has a large lake side room for entertaining. There is also a full bath with a 30" x 60" shower and laundry room. Plenty of room for several air mattresses too. The three bedrooms on the third level have a new King, Queen and two twin beds comfortably sleeping 6. The Master bedroom bath has a 4 foot square shower. The marble family bath has a 36" corner shower. The driveway is surrounded by a dry stacked limestone wall and landscaping. The north side of the house has a large patio with an umbrella table and chairs. The south side of the house is all grass and has a fire pit on the water level by the dock. The new aluminum dock stretches out into the crystal clear lake with a large 12' x 8' end section for fishing or sun bathing. The water is about 40" deep for most of the dock length. The water gets several feet deeper a little farther out.
