Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our home is off the main channel in the Waterfront Golf Community. It's in a deep secluded cove away from the main part of the lake which is safe for kids and paddle sports. Located in a great area close to Bridgewater Plaza and a Kroger grocery. Minutes to several restaurants by boat or car.
Limited Openings for 2024! In 2023, as a brand-new home we tried to visit every weekend and did not rent our home. For 2024, we are excited to welcome guests. When you arrive, the house will feel like home. You may also notice some personal items as we plan to use the house any time it's not booked.
Welcome to our Home at Smith Mountain Lake! We have a large dock in a great deep cove perfect for swimming or Kayaking! Located close to rental marinas.

- Three Smart TV's with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, etc. (MUST USE YOUR OWN LOG-IN INFO).
- Located in a private cove that is perfect for swimming, fishing, floating, and boating.
Guest access:
Guests will NOT have access to the garage, below the garage, and the boathouse.
- Blackstone Griddle on Deck.
- Large back deck with seating for 7 overlooking the lake.
- Short walk to the lake with minimal steps and slight grade.
- Floating dock for use of your boat. Rentals are located very close by. Bridgewater
would be the closest location.
- Poker Table, Ping Pong, Foosball, and Kids Indoor Basketball Nets.
- Basement has a large L-Shaped couch for movie night.
Items to bring: trash bags, paper goods, paper towels and napkins, detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. ***We will try to ensure toilet paper is in stock. Please use Septic-Safe Toilet tissue.***** Please do not flush products down the toilet*** ***THIS IS A NEW SYSTEM AND WE HOPE TO PORTECT IT**** THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

Items you’ll WISH you had brought: water toys, sun block, fishing gear, cooler, lawn chairs, & Bluetooth wireless speaker.
You will have access to our 20' floater during your stay to tie up your boat. Make sure to use bumpers to protect your boat and the dock.
The dock lift will NOT be available for you during your stay. The owner's boat and jet skis will be there and covered. The owner may come get his/her boat during your stay but will give you notice and be in and out quickly with as little disturbance as possible.
Video Cameras (Blink Brand) are outside ONLY. There is one at each entrance, and one facing outward from each side of the house and one at the dock. These are used for security purposes only. There are absolutely NO cameras inside of the house.
