This incredible luxury home is the perfect upstate retreat with the feel of a 5-star hotel. Set on 4 ac, surrounded by nature with a year-round creek (audible from every room), enjoyed from the huge outdoor patio & heated dining area. High-end appliances including Wolf. Home décor features a copper soaking tub, Gucci wallpaper, Brook Linen bedding & Kiehl toiletries. A 75" TV, record player & plenty of games will keep you entertained + hiking, biking & the towns of Phoenicia, Woodstock nearby...
On the first floor the expansive hallway opens out into the dining & living room with cozy wood burning fireplace. The kitchen leads from the hallway and has plenty of counter space & an awesome eat-in area with banquet. There is a large media area/bedroom with 75" TV on the main floor (no stairs). The main floor full bathroom, steam shower, double sinks can be accessed from both the media room & the living room.
A huge covered porch leads out from the kitchen. A brand new Weber grill (hardwired, no propane tanks!), dining area with wall heaters (for 3 season use) and a huge seating area give plenty of options for relaxing.
On the second floors are 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The primary has an ensuite bathroom & it's own deck. The other 3 bedrooms all have a sinks and a full shared bathroom. There is also an awesome coffee nook with a Nespresso coffee maker and washer dryer...
Outside is the creek, plenty of space for games including corn hole and a firepit area.
Internet speed is 1GB (1000MB) so guests can enjoy all the benefits of high-speed internet. The house also has phone service.
Guests can access all areas of the house (apart from an owners locked closet)
Guests need to sign a rental agreement/waiver as creek runs along side the house and there is a pond in front of the house. Happy to provide prior to booking.
