This new and modern spacious house located near a small and quiet village Gornje selo on island Solta , but is still within minutes driving to the beach is just like that.
It’s 3 km from the sea (few minutes by car), 500m from the village center and has a large 400 m2 garden with outside fireplace and shaded patio.
They are exclusively yours to use, so you can enjoy peace and nature.
House has 100 m2 size, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each bedroom has a double bed and there's also a sofa bed for two people in the living room.
Living room has a TV and is air-conditioned.
Fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven and stove so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Both bathrooms have a shower and hair dryer.
In short, the house is fully equipped for even longer vacation.
Iron and ironing board are also provided.
We can provide baby cot for free, please ask in advance.
We also provide Internet free of charge.
All our guests loved sitting on the terrace and sip coffee while enjoying in lazy summer days.

**** Getting around:
Bus station is 300m away from the house.
It's about 4-5 min drive to village Stomorska and the beach.
There are numeorus ferry lines from Split to island Solta daily. From the ferryport to this village drives a regular bus line that matches with ferry arrivals and departures.
Split airport is 25 km from Split and train station is right next to ferryport in Split.
If you're coming by airplane, I can provide car transport from the airport to the ferryport in Split.
**** The Neighbourhood:
Gornje Selo is a small village situated at an altitude of just above a hundred metres.
It is a typical example of the Mediterranean architecture, protectively overlooking the rest of the island. The architectural integrity of the village with the church bell tower dominates all views, even when looking from the sea, i.e. from the Vis Channel, reflecting its environmental value.
Owing to a fertile land and the vicinity of bays on the southern side, farming, vine- and olive growing, and fishing have always been the main occupations.
Today, when walking through this hamlet with typical Dalmatian architecture, you can find houses restored to their original state, typical Dalmatian taverns and the essential part of the local tourist offer – family farms and an oil mill, where you can treat your palate to the award-winning flavours of oil, wine, olives and herbs turned into liqueurs.
