A pool has a 5sqm shallow part (40cm depth). You have provided breathtaking views of the ocean, Stanici village, and the islands. The view from the rooftop is an experience that you will greatly appreciate. There exists a summer kitchen, outdoor dining area, and distinct restroom facility. If you prefer a traditional barbecue, you can use the one on the ground floor in front of the main entrance.
*The first floor offers a spacious and air-conditioned living area of 90sqm and includes a stylish living room with sofa, flat screen TV, sliding doors to the covered 28sqm terrace with sea views, and a comfortable lounge corner and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are kitchen island, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stylish dining area, and a fireplace with a sofa.
