Summary: Good location for visiting Monticello and downtown Charlottesville. Didn't have wash clothes or ice cube trays. The toilet is not anchored to the floor and the seat is not anchored also and slides. We told the owner and were advised he would fix it after we leave. If you have mobility issues be careful as the fence and partial railing is not anchored well.
