The property is newly renovated, featuring large open plan living, kitchen and dining, modern furnishings and appliances. The living area incorporates large plasma television, DVD player, BOSE iPod Dock and Foxtel. The large area has reverse cycle heating and cooling and ceiling fans. The kitchen features dishwasher, oven and microwave.

The property has three bedrooms master with queen, bedroom two has 2 king singles and bedroom 3 has 3 single beds taking the total guests to 7. The property has one bathroom with two toilets and a separate laundry featuring washing machine and dryer.

The front and rear decks feature bbq area, outdoor shower and the back deck looks out over a vacant block with sea views. The property is 150 metres from popular surf spot and the beach is also perfect for children as the beach has a very gradual slope.
