Positive: The location is exceptional for exploring the whole city. The staff were very nice. Luggage storage very helpful. The soundproofing was excellent, even for being a noisy plaza outside, room was silent.

Negative: The room was comically small. Couldn't open the wardrobe doors the whole way. Or the desk chair at the end of the bed. One side of the bed had no table. There was another room available but with a double bed instead of a twin. We said that was fine but could we have two single duvets and the housekeeping woman said no. So... it was a no.

Summary: Great location, tiny room.
