Positive: The junior suite was well set out with good facilities generally. Great view and nice furnishings. Quite noisy at night but you have to accept that given the very central location.

Negative: The drain to the shower was partially blocked and so it flooded onto the floor (we informed reception of this) and the bath drained slowly. The bath unfortunately was not cleaned properly and had a scum mark that you could feel (but not see). I noticed this when my husband had a bath and the scum line was above the line of water that he had. It meant I did not want to then have a bath, which was a shame as it was a nice bath. When I informed reception staff about this I did not feel they particularly welcomed my feedback and took it seriously. Considering how much we had paid for the suite, this was disappointing.

Summary: Nice hotel in a good location but fell short on some things, especially for the price.
