95 m2 apartment in the Antiguo neighborhood, five minutes walk from the Ondarreta beach. Next door is the most commercial street in the neighborhood. The area is half an hour walk from the center of the city. A very pleasant walk by the sea, overlooking the entire bay. Also very well connected with bus every 5-10 minutes.

The house is all exterior. All the rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen overlook the outside. Very luminous. With elevator.

Summary: We were very lucky to find this apartment in the middle of summer season at such a reasonable price, The apartment had 3 bedrooms, lounge, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate shower. All kitchen equipment is in perfect order. Excellent location - in the very center of the best city district - Antigua Berry, 5 min walk to Ondaretta beach, next to a lively shopping street with numerous shops and cafes, 20 min walk to the city center. A bit noisy during evenings and nights due to several bars and cafes nearby and active Spanish nightlife - better to join that observe ! Very nice and friendly owner - Mr Agustin, always ready to help. The apartment has no internet connection - solved the issue by buying SIM-card from local mobile phone service provider. We had a perfect holiday at summer San Sebastian
