The historic town of Tréguier with its beautiful cathedral is only a few kilometers away, and Paimpol, popularly known as the town of the Icelanders, has something going on all year round: the Chants des Marins music festival, museums, regattas, the scallop shell festival and the Fête des Vieux Gréements with concerts, exhibitions, entertainment and flea markets. The crossing to Bréhat Island from Arcouest takes a quarter of an hour. Spend a beautiful day on the island, which is also known as the flower island due to its diverse vegetation.
