Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is great right at the metro stop. Beds comfortable. Great shower. Fold out bed for my son is the best he’s had on our Europe stay. Filtered water machine near the elevators to top up drink bottles.

Negative: The staff at reception were not friendly. They need to work on their customer service. They only spoke to you if you spoke to them. Really not like other hotels that greet you when you arrive and leave. I stepped on a pin in my room and I told reception who just said they’d tell the cleaners to vacuum not ask if I was ok etc. Cleaners and bar staff were friendly just reception looked like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. We had problems with tv the first night and they fixed it for us. I asked for a receipt at check out and they said they’d email it but I still have not received it
