Positive: The location was good

Negative: The staff on arrival were not very helpful. When we tried to check in they initially didn’t have our reservation and then it transpired they did have iT but it wasn’t loaded correctly in the system. We had booked a twin and a double room and the staff were adamant that we had booked two twins, when I showed them the paperwork they apologised (neither rooms were ready) and the manager came out to speak to us. The twin room on the 3rd floor was dark and the view was a brick wall of the building next door. The double allocated was on the ground floor with a floor to ceiling window on to street where people were stood outside smoking. The staff in the bar area were very nice and helpful.

Summary: Fine for one night but I wouldn’t have liked to stay for any longer
