Located in the heart of OCMD, Ocean Colony is a fabulous Community that not only offers a great Location, but also has a luxurious Outdoor Pool to relax by after a fun-filled day on the Beach. Relax in the Living Area with Rich Colors, Comfy Furnishings, Flat Screen Cable TV, and Free WiFi. The Ocean Views, even from the Sofa, are simply stunning. You'll love relaxing on the huge Lower Deck and listening - and watching - the waves crashing on the Beach. The Deck is furnished with a High End Dining Set and a few Bar Height Adirondacks, making it an awesome place to hang out any time of the day.
Just off the Living Area is the Well-Stocked Kitchen with Gleaming Granite Countertops, some Stainless Appliances, and a Breakfast Bar - the perfect place for a quick bite before hitting the Beach or the Pool. For more formal meals, dine in the spacious Dining Area, or on the Deck Al-Fresco - talk about dining with a View! Just off the Dining Area, double doors lead to the Master Bedroom with Private Bayside Balcony. Adorned in Sunny Yellow and Pale Blue, it's both Beachy and Modern.
