This beautiful 1989 30’x10’ Sea Ray cabin cruiser, aka "On The Rocks," has been repurposed as a floating cabin to sleep 4. Wake up every morning and enjoy your 4’x10’ back deck as you watch cargo ships navigate the St. Lawrence River right in front of your eyes!
'Knot' to worry, the Floating Cottage comes with Power & Water, but is unable to be moved from the docks. Plus, you never have to worry about fuel because it has no engine! The Cottage comes with 2 sleeping spaces, 2 burner stove tops, a small fridge & sink, toilet, AC, and Free Wi-Fi. NO CHILD(REN) under the age of 18 as guests of On The Rocks, and all renters of On The Rocks must be proficient swimmers!
Please no smoking and no parties. 1 pet allowed with additional fee.
