20 minutes north of Syracuse New York. Very large deck,(REBUILT MAY 2018)New roof, Concrete dock, marina nearby actually one quarter mile away for boats over 19 ft. The east side of the house has woods and the right side is a park like setting with rolling lawn and a canopy of old trees. Gas and charcoal grills on premises. The stairs from the parking lot are not steep, in fact, they are only a couple of inches. If you are severely disabled you may have trouble carrying a suitcase down them. There is
only one full sized stair. Approx. 60 feet from parking. This is a year round camp not all the comforts of home or hotel, but great for family get togethers. Outdoor people like the place. Waterbirds, cranes and egrets are usually seen. Ducks, buffets, geese, swans. Also, bald eagles, hawks and wood peckers, even pilated are seen. Large parking area. If you scream when you see a spider stay home. Place is neat and clean.
