Classic Nauset Heights home sitting directly on the bluff with magnificent views of Nauset Beach, the Atlantic Ocean and Nauset Marsh. Stairs to bay and ocean beaches. Vintage, rustic cottage character in unbelievable location. Great value for view. This 3 bedroom 1900's cottage is a taste of old Cape Cod. These are one of a kind sweeping views from the deck and yard. There is a covered but open front porch for a respite from the sun. Perfect to enjoy coffee/ breakfast, an afternoon read or bird watching or an afternoon cocktail. The views of the marsh are ever changing as the tides come in and out.

We do take less than 7 day rentals outside of July and August but our preference is for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. We typically hold out for full weeks in June/Sept till about 45 days out. We will sometimes book weekends earlier for an increased rate.
***We welcome approved low-impact DOGS - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation. We will need to know the following information:
Any shedding?
Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?
Any issues with chewing furnishings?
Barking while unattended or while attended?
Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
