Summary: The hotel didn't arrange my booking. Theydidn't assist in finding my booking. I had a hard time contacting Hotels.com to confirm my booking with them. In the end, they didn't give me the room type I booked and I got a very small room that was not worth the price I booked. I didn't receive a refund or apology from the hotel.
