Fully air-conditioned, the villa can accommodate a maximum of 7, optimally hosting 5 people. It comprises a ground floor and an upper floor.
Ground Floor:
Upon entering, you'll encounter a modern kitchen with a bar and two bar stools, a dining room with a table for 7 people, and a living room featuring a corner sofa (serving as an extra bed for two), a coffee table, and a TV. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the equipped fitness room, while the sauna invites complete relaxation. Wine enthusiasts can savor different varieties in the wine room. A bathroom with a toilet completes the ground floor.
Upper Floor:
The upper floor houses three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have access to a shared terrace. Two bathrooms with showers, one en suite, and the other a regular bathroom, are also present. If needed, a feeder and a cot are available. Most rooms in the villa offer a sea view, and the outdoor terrace is a highlight.
Outdoor Terrace:
Step onto the outdoor terrace to find a 40 m2 heated pool, 1.4 m deep, and a separate children's pool. Sunbathe on the deckchairs, utilize the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, explore the small outdoor summer kitchen, and dine under the covered outdoor table.
